The store was inviting with some exciting new clothes. It didn't take long to find what I wanted. A fabulous lightweight hoodie in the exact neutral colour I was looking for. The lady who served me was friendly and helpful when I asked for her opinion. Will be returning soon as there are so many beautiful dresses and skirts which I am looking forward to purchasing for my holiday

Untrained staff
Honestly my experience in Cirencester was mediocre. The staff were too busy gossiping about something to notice me! So involved were they in chatting that they didn’t realize I was only buying one item and not two ( one item I was simply giving back as it didn’t fit). They just weren’t interested in me as I interrupted their chat. I bought a top but thought it overpriced.
