I ordered a coat online and was lovely but too big ,I ordered a smaller size & took my return to Next store,whole experience was very good & simple. Fatface has always been a big part of my wardrobe! 😀

Ordered a cardigan to be picked up from the store.
Ordered a cardigan to be picked up from the Cowes store though unfortunately my journey there was delayed by more than a week. However and in spite of this the staff kindly kept it until I could eventually travel to Cowes. Very kind of them and I’m extremely pleased with my purchase. Thank you.
