Fantastic staff and customer service!
I wanted to commend the excellent customer service in FatFace Ely -- not just for the particular occasion a couple of Saturdays ago when a member of staff (Angharad?) got a load of new necklaces out of the stock room for me to choose from (all they had on the shop floor were sale remnants) when I came in needing one for a wedding later that day (Thank you!!) -- but because whenever I've been in the staff seem happy, friendly, and enjoying working there. This makes it a great atmosphere for customers. And it's not a given - - know other shops where this is not at all the case, so worth writing and saying how much it is appreciated. Thank you to all there -- you make a difference!

Ordered a rose pink t-shirt but looks…
Ordered a rose pink t-shirt but looks more orange than pink. Generally I love their t-shirts as they are very soft and super comfortable to wear. Would like a greater range of colours though. Ely store well run & friendly.

Great haul in the sale!!
Really great service on first day of sale. Shopping and trying on with baby in the pram. All staff were helpful. Lady serving at the till was friendly and chatty - a really enjoyable experience.

Lovely espadrille
I was looking for a pair of espadrilles and found the perfect pair in the sale at FatFace. They were delivered next day to my local store, and I am thrilled with them. The staff were extremely friendly, and I couldn't be happier with the service or the product.

This is a great friendly store in beautiful Ely.
The staff are always pleasant and happy to help you, advise you or make suggestions. It's a great store as I not only like the quality of their clothes I am very familiar with the sizes I need. There no problem with returns or any queries you may have.
