Helpful staff
When my branch didnot have the socks I wanted they advised me to go online and click and collect. This worked perfectly and I also bought some slippers! Lovely staff!

The staff are very friendly and helpful, not at all pushy which allows me to have a wander around looking at everything on display.
It is very rare that I or my husband leave the shop without having found something we liked !
Just as an aside the view from the window in the back is fabulous.

Fatface Falmouth brilliant.
I visited Fatface in Falmouth Cornwall and had to write and say the assistants in the shop were top notch. Extremely helpful and friendly, a credit to Fatface. Without trying to embarrass them, Emmy and Holly were brilliant, many thanks.

Returns in store
I bought a selection of items on line. Different sizes for fit etc. Returned a couple of them to my local FatFace store in Falmouth. All worked seamlessly. The assistant was lovely, friendly and chatty. The refund went straight back into my account. Perfect. Love FatFace :)

Had ordered a vest top on line a pair of dungarees arrived I took them back to the store and the lad couldn’t have been more helpful apologised profusely and refunded money he did offer to reorder but it was too late as they were going to be a present
