Purchased two polo shirts on line…
Purchased two polo shirts on line however the size was too large for the recipient. Found I could take the shirts back to a local store to exchange or have a refund. Took the shirts back to the Farnham store and the staff could not have been more helpful. Changed the shirts for one size smaller and every aspect is now perfect.

Recently, I needed to acquire an item which was not in stock and the store manager, Bill, went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get the item I needed, top marks Farnham Store.. Keep up the excellent service
