More large sizes & chair for the disabled please
This branch is situated in an old bank, which has resulted in a limited space with a few steps from one level to the other. Not ideal for customers with a disability, though I believe a handrail has been installed since I last visited & commented on the lack of one. Thankyou for listening & taking action. Now a chair would be useful please. There was a good range of clothing etc, more large sizes would be good - by large I mean 18 & above. The assistant didn’t seem very interested as I browsed. However she did look in the stock for a larger size item for me. Thanks for this ,(There wasn’t one). I did buy a cardigan & a blouse in size 18. Not all your customers are young people & many, old & young, will be ‘plus size’. Please stock more in 18+ - one or two per store isn’t enough.

Arrived in good time, well packaged. Great value and good quality. Needed to take one item back and change for alternative. Store was friendly and serviced without any issue. What more could you want!
