There was a delay in the store…
There was a delay in the store receiving my goods. It was over the festive period so that is understandable. My experience at the store was brilliant the staff are always efficient, professional and friendly

Great shopping experience. Staff were amazing. Jayne and Kim went above and beyond helping me find the right jacket. So friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Love my new jacket!

Nice quality and always straightforward ordering process.
Ordered some underwear on line which was picked up at my local store.Fatface has really good quality comfortable and nice underwear...much better than much of what is in the highstreet.The cotton is soft snd has some thickness to it....nice designs too.Ordering with Fatface is always straightforward, good communication with order, and can be returned easily if you need to.Picked up from Hebden Bridge store where staff are always friendly and helpful.

I visited the store with my family and dog. We were served by Erin, she was polite, welcoming and helpful. Arlo (my dog) instantly loved Erin because she gave him a treat. Thank you for such wonderful service today.

Ive shopped at Fat Face all the time as I love their clothes. Ive been in a few times at Hebden and no one can shin a candle to Jayne and Kim friendliness, they helped me and my friend get loads of great clothes, they are true diamonds!

Hebden Bridge staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.
I went into the Hebden Bridge shop this morning looking for inspiration for Christmas presents. I had been impressed by the display and went in search of some of the items seen in the window. I immediately found the items I was interested in but could not immediately find the size required. Jayne and Faye immediately sprang into action and found me what I was looking for. The were very helpful and very friendly making the whole visit a pleasurable experience.
