Website ordering was quite straightforward and the option for in-store collection was a useful facility to save on postage, helped by the choice of branches in the Greater London area. The product - mens "Ryde" shorts - proved a good fit, very comfortable and in that robust type of cotton often used by the likes of Carhartt and Gant (amongst others) which has that nice "crinkly" feel to it (!).

Smooth online order, quality items
Website was easy to navigate - I searched for sale items in particular sizes, and the items that were/weren't available were indicated immediately. All items I ordered were provided in the delivery to store which really quick - they were available the next day, quicker than I expected! Email updates let me know the items were available to pick up and how long they'd be held for. And so far, I've been pleased with the quality, design and fit of all items!

I had already bought a couple of these…
I had already bought a couple of these Polo shirts but wanted a blue one. I was able to pick one on-line and it was delivered to the shop on time. I had emails to keep me up to date and it was easy to collect it. They couldn't have done anything better.

Very little choice in the Kingston…
Very little choice in the Kingston store compared with the old shop which was also more interesting. This shop has no character.

Nice item.
It took a week for the item to arrive in store but the staff in store were helpful when I went to collect it.
The bag is lovely and well made, but the design is missing two key features. It would be good to have a small zip pocket on the back, for security. Also, the adjustable piece of the shoulder strap sits on the shoulder so the buckle digs in a bit. It's normally positioned at the bottom end if the strap.
