Good range of clothes and items are of good quality. Can be expensive but as they last they are worth the extra. Fast response to internet orders.

We visited the store in Kirby Lonsdale. We were served by the manager and another lady who were both just fabulous. They greeted us, chatted with us and were really helpful. They checked on me in the fitting room and when the trousers I tried weren't quite right, they tried to find alternatives. I bought a lovely top in the end.
I used to train retail staff on customer service and selling and I could havd used this as an example of precisely how to do it!

Bought in store at Kirby Lonsdale staff were amazing.

When I went to Kirkby Lonsdale store to pick up my order today, I tried the items on in the shop and decided I needed a size 6 not 8 in both items, the assistant was ‘very, very’ helpful, and had the items reordered and will be delivered to the shop by Wednesday, and that what I say is an excellent service 🥳🥳

Called into Fatface ,Kirkby Lonsdale today. There's a great sale on with lots of stock reduced. Bought a striped poloshirt and a T shirt. Really good quality.

great quality, great colours, perfect for all the family, prices affordable, great for my daughter, son, my mum and myself!!!

Really easy to return my purchase to my local Next store. Also simple to re order the correct size and have it delivered to my nearest Fatface store which is about an hour away.

Good on delivery however sized larger than previous M sizes so had to return for smaller size.

Helpful staff

I visited the store just before Christmas in need of a last minute outfit. I was warmly greeted by Clare who helped me find exactly what I needed. She was kind, helpful and professional. I always find the staff at the Kirkby Lonsdale branch to be friendly and welcoming. Despite it being the busy festive period, Clare was brilliant. I would actively choose to visit this store over any of the other branches locally because the staff always go the extra mile to be helpful. Thank you KL Fatface.

We had problems paying for a purchase with a e-gift voucher, which was resolved in a very busy shop, by Manageress Clare, who had to phone head office to do it. First Class service.

Lovely little shop, staff are friendly and courteous, nothing is too much trouble! Very welcoming.

Bought the wellies last year and did not use much. This year I noticed they were leaking. On closer inspection, they had split in several places at the front on one. Limited wear and would have failed the first season if worn more.

Lovely,multi blue, light scarf, easy to wear with lots of outfits. Bought to replace a FF scarf bought a long time ago, which has worn well, but sadly looks a bit tired now.
