FatFace - LYME REGIS Opiniones 

This item was ordered online Sunday 1 June to be delivered to Lyme Regis store on Tuesday 3 June. No sign of item until 6 June the day I returned home from holiday!! Customer services expected me to cancel and pay for delivery to home. Disgusting service!!! However a lovely shop assistant at Lyme Regis store posted item to my home address. Be careful if you believe quick delivery service

This store is amazing and that’s because of the staff . Girls are so kind and helpful. They helped be make really good choices . Not based on price !! Thank you . Excellent experience

I love the fatface clothes range, I think they are beautifully designed and of high quality. However I was very disappointed with the customer service following my most recent purchase, I don’t think it’s appropriate for customers to be made to feel embarrassed when returning online orders to store. If I shop from fatface again I would use the online platform only.

It was so good to go into our local FatFace store to collect my online order. The staff there were really friendly and helpful.
My order was delivered to the store on time and I really liked the email communications I received which kept me informed each step of the way.
All in all a very good shopping experience.

Have known Scott for several years he’s a very professional manager and goes above and beyond in his job as Manager of the Lyme Regis store :-)
Will be sad to see him leave but will go and visit him in Taunton

I visited Lyme Regis Fatface with my daughter recently. We both spotted some lovely trousers but unfortunately they didn’t have our size. Bronte and Helen were so helpful, after checking in the stockroom they kindly ordered them online for us. Their knowledge of the clothing was impressive and were able to advise us on sizes and even suggest tops that would go well with the trousers. Such good customer service delivered with a smile makes you want to visit a store again. Thank you Bronte and Helen. We will be back !

Whenever I go into the Lyme Regis store I always receive the most amazing level of customer service . Scott strives to give each customer a great shopping experience and it’s obvious he has instilled this in his team too. His friendly, warm (and a bit cheeky) manner makes it a pleasure to shop there. Fantastic product knowledge and a genuine desire to help . Yes, the clothes are lovely and good quality, but it’s the exceptional customer service that makes me keep coming back . Massive thank you to Scott for being consistently amazing. It’s the sort of store where you leave feeling much better than when you went in!

What a pleasure the Lyme Regis store is. The staff are so friendly, professional and on the ball. I’ve had such good service whenever I’ve shopped there. Good advice on the clothes and happy to run around for different sizes. You don’t often get service like this.

The shop is always clean, tidy and fully stocked. If the bigger sized items are not stocked instore then I’m always offered the free order from store. It’s nice being able to have the parcel delivered for free and it helps with keeping the stores trading. It’s not being able to walk Into a store and see friendly and polite faces. The team are always welcoming and see is the store. The autumn/ winter collection is always my favourite as I love the chunky knit. This season my favourite range has been the Jude’s ice cream collection. I did order a few pieces and bought some instore. The team were all so helpful. I will continue to shop in store and I’m always a happy customer

Another trip to lyme Regis fat face. Yet again another pleasant visit. Purchased a summer top. Loved it. Fits amazing. Staff super friendly. Will definitely visit again.
