Friendly, helpful staff
The friendly, young man I spoke to helped me find the shirt I was looking for, and accepted my discount card immediately. The shirts are great quality too.
The store was also nice and cool!!

When you visited the store, we offered to fully investigate this for you, including contacting customer services directly on your behalf to locate the order and understand what had happened. Unfortunately, this assistance was declined at the time, and without further information we were unable to take the matter any further in store.

I like some of the things that I buy from fat face. They are long lasting and wash and wear very well. I am not too keen on longer dresses and skirts. I am not very tall. I am very happy with what I have bought from them over the years

Great customer service from Archy at Macclesfield FatFace. Went in to buy a dress I had seen a few weeks ago despite my very hazy description Archy worked out which one it was and ordered it for me.

One of 3 items had to be returned to the shop in Macclesfield. Very friendly and helpful staff guided me through the return. Delighted with the items I have kept. Very well made and perfect fit.

Cool, creative people here!
I like your stuff, it fits with how I am now. At 64.5 yo, I'm not your core customer but semi-retired, no longer wear a suit I am now smartish very casual and I like your hoodies and heavy shirts.
All I would say is , if your cargo trousers kept their colour / dye better- they would get 100%. As the staff in Macclesfield do.

Wonderful Staff
Wonderful Staff. In the absence of my wife, the three ladies ably assisted me with the choice and advice of some clothing. They all engaged in friendly conversation with me. The high street will thrive with people like this in the stores. Well done to Gina, Tori, and the Italian lady whose name has escaped me.
