Decided to return items to store
Decided to return items to store. Assistant asked me to look around while I waited for return to be processed as “it would take some time”. I did look around in the store, of ALL stock there were 2 size 20s and no sizes larger than that.
It’s no good doing an inclusive larger size if they never appear in store.
Went next door to Sea salt Cornwall who had a huge range of 22-24’s and bought lots in there.
Shame about Fat face not catering for us larger girls. 🤔
Also why does it take so long for a refund when goods are returned to store (apart from the obvious) more interest for the company £

Thank you for taking the time to review. We really do appreciate your feedback regarding our size availability in our stores/online. We are proud of being able to offer the size ranges that we do, and we have received such positive feedback from our customers about using a diverse range of models.
However, with this in mind, we do recognise that we need to ensure that we can make these sizes available to all of our customers, all of the time and as such are working very hard behind the scenes to make this happen across all of our shopping channels.
I am really happy to say that we have now started our Click and Collect service so that sizes/ online exclusives can be ordered online with free delivery to store, and then collected and tried on whilst you are there. This then gives you the option of returning any items there and then that aren’t suitable.
Thank you again for your feedback and please be assured that I have passed this on to all relevant departments. CD

Very and helpful staff, nothing was a problem. Even helped me to order online the items that wasn’t in store.
Summer clothing to my taste have bought various items and birthday presents.

Easy to order online and return one of the items. I took my return item to the shop and as usual they were helpful and lovely.

FatFace sale
FatFace sale - the gilet I wanted was available online but out of stock in the store nearest to me (Morpeth). I wasn't sure which size I needed, despite using the online checker. The very helpful lady at Morpeth (manageress?) suggested I buy both a Medium and a Large, then bring the unwanted one back to her for a full refund (no return postage, obviously. Worked perfectly and I'm very pleased with my purchase. (The online size checker was wrong, incidentally. It had suggested Medium whereas I actually needed Large.)

Speedy delivery
Order arrived very promptly which was great. The blouse was lovely & very well made, an absolute bargain ar 1/2 price. Sadly it didn’t suit me so I returned it to my local Fat Face store in Morpeth were the staff are always lovely.
