Order very late ! No notification !
Order did not turn up at store or I certainly wasn't notified way after the stated date. After going on the "chat" I received a message to say that it was ready for collection immediately!!

Tried to amend size only hours after placing order, no reply for days, then told couldn't.
Wasnt at storexwhen expected.
Told next day , so OK another trip into town when on holiday.
Only to find shop shut.
Till upgrade.
All my life worked in retail, till upgrades, software all done out of hours not 14.30 in the afternoon.
First and hope last bad experience.
New Mgr over came issue. But could've done a lot better.

Easy and Quick transation.
I ordered a skirt from Fat Face online, it was delivered to my local store before the 5 days, It was very easy to order, and collect my item. Very pleased with this experience, and I will definitely be ordering again. Thanks.
