Ordered a T-shirt on-line
Ordered a T-shirt on-line. Received an e-mail confirmation as expected, but a few days later, I hadn't received a message to let me know my parcel would be ready to collect from the store. I contacted Fat Face on-line, via their chat room service. They said that the courier had lost my parcel, so they re-ordered for me and the item was delivered to my home address the next day. Mistakes happen, but great service to rectify their fault and I am very pleased with the product and the service I received.

Excellent goods and delivery.
It is,always so easy to order online and collect at the Mumbles Fat Face, staff are always really friendly and helpful. The items I ordered for my grandchildren were perfect.

I ordered the same item in another size as I wasn't sure which would be the best fit. Ordering was easy, delivery to store quick and returning the unwanted item in the shop also straightforward.
