Popped in today at fistral beach to look at jeans but none in my size, Emmy and suzie could not have been more helpful in showing me more options on line of other jeans in my size.

Brilliant Customer Service
My partner bought me slippers online for Xmas - too small. We went to Fatface at Fistral Beach Newquay at approximately 2pm on 5th January 2024 to either exchange or refund. The lady who dealt with us could not have been more helpful. There were no suitable replacements in store so we had to have a refund - this was expedited by the lady there and then. She even refunded the postage!
I can’t praise her enough. She turned the whole experience into a very simple exercise. Unfortunately I don’t have her name but she should be heading up your Customer Service department.

Superb Service in Newquay
We saw some slipper/boots in the sale in Totnes but not in the size. We rang a few other stores and a young lady called Emma in Newquay went out of her way to check stock and phone us back. She put them aside and we went down to collect. We do not often see service like this - thank you Emma you are a credit to Fat Face - Kim

Super stylish jacket
Super stylish jacket. Amazing price and my husband loved it. Had seen it online but he prefers to try on to check sizing. Good job he did…….medium fitted perfectly……….wish you had more shops near us. Actually bought the jacket 300 miles away from home in Cornwall!!!

Great experience at Fistral Beach store
I went to FatFace at Fistral beach today and was so impressed with the customer service provided by Emma and her colleague. They helped me match and pick items out for a gift and we're really enthusiastic about the products In store. Would highly recommend. Great customer service.

Excelent Fit
Its not very often I find jeans to fit but on this occasion the jeans I bought fit in all the right places so I shall definitely buy jeans from FatFace again.

Still nice Caps but not as good as they were
These are nice hats. Unfortunately though they are making them of slightly thinner material and slightly smaller than the previous examples with the logo in the centre of the Cap. I would have much rather them put the price up and maintain the quality Cap.
