Ordered a tunic top online but unfortunately was too big. Took the item back to my local store to exchange it for a smaller one. Eventually picked something else.

Ordered online. Advised of out of stock item. Rest of order arrived as expected. Was able to return unwanted item to local store and they accepted no problem. Excellent experience all round.

A day at the shops
Saw this jacket in Fat Face in Perth and loved it especially the colour, but they didn't have the size I needed for my grandson, so I ordered it online and it arrived within a couple of days so thank you very much.
I have say that I like to see what I'm buying better than online shopping.
