Very friendly staff
I ordered an hoodie online and it arrived in store within 3 days. On going to collect it the staff were very welcoming and wore a smile throughout my time in the shop whilst I collected my item and browsed. Its nice to come across such friendly staff.

Fairly busy Sunday morning in FatFace ;Salisbury ). The lady that assisted me, Trudy (asked her name as so helpful) was working the shop floor alone and I was very impressed how calm and confident she was with the other customers - very natural. She helped me with my sizing query and was very cheerful. Really pleasant experience.

Always a good experience
Good selection of quality clothes....went in to pickup jeans ordered to replace my 10+ year old FF ones!
Also super-handy to have the store in town as I changed for a smaller sized shirt...none of the online hassle!
The staff-member (Imogen?) today was also v helpful.

Great in-store customer service
I had to return an item bought online, but bought a replacement item in the store instead. The return etc was seamless and the customer service was excellent! They could not do enough to help and were very helpful and informative. Will definitely be shopping at FatFace again and would recommend the in-store experience and advice.

Exceptional service
Exceptional service from Trudy and her colleague at Fat Face Salisbury today. Trudy was very helpful suggesting items, she was also very patient with the challenges of One4All gift cards, ordering other sizes and the frustration of my card being declined! Trudy and her colleague could not have helped more, thank you.

Great stuff! Great staff!
My 10-year-old got vouchers for Christmas and had the best time picking out loads of quality clothing. She loved the jumpsuit she tried on so much she didn’t want to take it off, so thanks to the lovely staff who took her vouchers then cut out the tag!

Ordered this top online but was too big…
Ordered this top online but was too big so took it back to local branch. The assistant could not of been more helpful, checking and finding the only one in my size in store. A lovely top, needed a size smaller than usual.

Really helpful lady behind the till. The size wasn't out and she checked and found one in the stock room which was great.
