Ordered online and delivery was swift
Ordered online and delivery was swift. I bought 3 items but had one item I needed to return so I returned it to my local branch of Fatface. The whole process was very straight forward. The person who dealt with my return in the Salisbury store was most helpful and efficient.

Friendly, helpful staff. Shop has a lovely atmosphere, it’s quite small but has a nice range of stock. If they haven’t got the right size they will order it for you

Excellent customer service team who helped when I had a lot of problems with my delivery by Evri who delivered my parcel to the wrong address despite being advised the correct one one.

Beautiful clothes!
FatFace has become my new 'go to' shop for clothes. They are excellent quality and have a lovely range for both adults and children. Whilst in my opinion their clothes are quite pricey, you definitely get what you pay for, would definitely recommend!
