Lovely clothes tops do need to be a bit longer in some things

Stores always nice and clean, helpful staff. Good selection of sizes and products available. I find prices could be a bit cheaper because I feel it is overpriced at times

I love Fatface really good service not too expensive. I have sent couple of items back due to it being me wrong sizing but no probs and receive a refund without any problems

Always great service, clothes are good quality. Whenever I’ve had an issue (although, that has only happened twice in the decade that I have been a customer!) the customer service is second to none. Amazing!

I was very interested in a certain new top from Fat Face. I purposely went to the large Southampton store, where I figured they'd have it in stock. No, they didn't. I tried to ask about it, and wound up having to enquire of two young women busy chatting away if they worked there. Yes, indeed they did. One of them said she'd help me. It seems a shame that I had to ask first, though.
I described the shirt to her, pointing out another one in the same fabric pattern and described its differences. She didn't think they'd have it, but she offered to look it up on their computer at the till. Apparently, although we customers can't check stock availability at different stores (like you can at M&S, Next etc.), employees can.
After showing me a couple of shirts in different fabric prints, she found the right one. No, they didn't have it, and very few stores did, saying they'd probably get it in later, perhaps in a couple of weeks. She offered to order it for me. Since I wear a size 10, she recommended an M. I was surprised that she said an S was 6-8. I asked if there was an XS. No, there wasn't. So I went ahead and ordered an M.
It arrived today at home. It's way too big. And, according to the FatFace webite, it does come in XS. I will have to exchange it for an S, which is an 8-10. M is 12-14. *sigh* Will I have to have it shipped to me again to try on to check the fit and if I like the style? (It's impossible to tell with the M, which is absolutely huge.)
