First time I’ve done this, but will doing it this way in future. No delivery costs. Wonderful.

The store and customer service staff…
The store and customer service staff were very apologetic and helpful regarding my delivery. It was due, delayed, sent to the wrong store then lost completely. Lots of emails re delivery but no sign of the skirt. So a new one was ordered, due, delayed emails again but it finally arrived 8 days after its original expected date BUT a day earlier than the second date. Finally, and like Cinderella's slipper...It Fits. Fat Face and product tick. Delivery company, ( you know who you are!) cross.

Ordered online two pairs of jeans/chinos for my husband for delivery into St Neots branch. Got an email to say delayed, but did arrive in day it was suppose to. Staff at St Neots lovely. My husband is really pleased with the trousers, fit really well.

Staff friendly and helpful. Click and collect works well. There is always good choice of styles, some lovely colour schemes also men’s section welcome asset in town bereft of any menswear stores.

Great customer service from Louise who went above and beyond to get the fleece I wanted to me before I went away on holiday. The fleece is really cosy too.
