Bought the Bella Floral Tea dress on line.
When it arrived, the sleeve was broken, there was no under slip garment and there were loose threads all over.
Tried to communicate with the on line chat but received no help.
Went into town to return and the service at Tunbridge Wells was dreadful. The assistant was not interested.
In the end ordered a replacement costing more as then had to pay for delivery as well as the cost of going into town, pay for parking, etc.
Really poor service.

Very happy with my purchase. I ordered 2 sizes and it was easy to return the top I didn’t want. The refund came through quickly.
The mackerel top is fun and fits well.

Still good
Always good service and good clothing. Have used them for years and so far Next havent let them slip and lets hope they dont. Could do with more natural wools in their jumpers like they used to.
