Superb customer service at Waterloo station FatFace. I bought footwear and the super helpful man who rang up my purchase reminded me I was eligible for a discount. He was really lovely and i’m a very happy customer. Thank you!

Refunds
I’m normally size L but it’s fitted me more like XXL!
However on returning it there was no problem and refund was next day
I’ve since re ordered it in size S as medium is out of stock but I’m hopeful as the large was so oversized

Not the first time I've purchased from FatFace. Also not my first time dealing with the staff at London Waterloo. They're fantastic. Cheery, helpful and hones (left my wallet on the count only for them to come to me and give it back! Fantastic people and bloody good clothes
