Many thanks to Christina at Fatface Watford branch who was so helpful and friendly when I was looking for a lightweight dress. She pointed out a few suitable dresses including the lovely dress I went on to purchase.

I ordered at a shop. The size I needed was not in stock, so I paid up front and they notified me when the item was available to collect from the store.

I was disappointed to find out that my bank was running a promotion with FatFace saving 10% on online purchases. FatFace ought not to be encouraging online sales to the detriment of their in person offerings

Having been greeted by Lejla at your Watford branch, I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently she was able to source a denim jacket that I had been told, was apparently out of stock. Lejla quickly identified my requirements, checked and then double checked stock, eventually sourcing the jacket but moreover, ensuring it was available to be delivered in store the very next day!
Lejla's light hearted manner, focus, and diligence was an absolute delight to see in someone so young.
I kindly ask FatFace senior management to recognise and reward Lejla's hard work, as both her professionalism and commitment to her role is a credit to both her team and your organisation.

I love Fatface clothes, particularly the "simone" style dress. Staff seem really happy working there, they know their products and are always happy to help, making shopping there, a great experience!

Easy to order and collect and good communication

Good quality, reasonable prices and nice selection of clothes.

I was greeted with a smile by the manager and other staff members. They were working to serve other customers while also providing guidance in store to me, where to look for men’s, the sale items, where the changing rooms are. I was pleased to create light conversation, and I was persuaded to make several purchased in store, in this way, even while I came to pick up the items in store, the Watford branch, that I had purchased online. I liked the aesthetic and atmosphere of the fatface store..

The sales assistant was very polite and eager to serve me. She exuded a happy vibe which lots of shops don’t.
I was served quickly and efficiently.

Great quality dress in a really good choice of sizes. Arrived overnight to collect at the store of my choice! The sales assistant asked if I wanted to try it on in store in case it wasn’t suitable and I wanted to return it, the dress fit perfectly so there was no need!

Quality, ease of ordering always helpful pleasant staff.

I ordered an item on the 1st december from the watford store, i still have not received this.
