Caroline & Christina were both very helpful in the Watford store.
We went in for one item & came out with five! :)

Had a fab experience at the Watford store. Always get a friendly welcome and somehow manage to buy every time I’m in. The store has a good vibe and is always tidy and well put together. Saf & Caroline helped me pick out out some bit for hubby. I know he is gonna love them.

Hoodie fabulous customer service substandard. Sales assistant in the Watford store told me she could not exchange my ordered hoodie because the store and company were sold out. I went home disappointed but decided to visit website. Found the hoodie in all sizes and ordered my own.

Liked the blazer. However I was surprised it was delivered in a small package and therefore very creased and unwearable immediately. Otherwise it is what I've been searching for at a reasonable price.

Very helpful staff, both when I made my purchase and when I had the return one of the items.

Shopping can be really stressful; however, a lovely lady in the Watford store couldn’t have been more helpful pre Xmas ensuring I got all the right ‘size 12’s for my deserving partner.

Watford shop. Fantastic customer service. Answers phone immediately. Completely helpful finding out if different sizes available when I ordered incorrect size. Put things away for me for exchange. Brilliant.

Saff and Caroline went out of their way to find me the perfect Christmas present for my Dad - exceptional service during a busy period!

I went into fatface to browse Christmas present for my husband. I was welcomed by your staff member safina. I left with items not only for my husband but for myself too. Caroline complimented me on my outfits. And the male staff I think Craig folded the items beautifully. The store was clean. Tidy and full of stock. Such lovely atmosphere. X

Ordered a snood. It is so skinny it’s like a polo neck.
Really disappointed thought it would hang loosely around the neck.would like a refund.

Had a wonderful experience at FatFace Watford - Atria Mall, delightful and marvelous store manager Safina and a phenomenal amazing store staff. Craig was very helpful and warm-hearted and great to speak to.

Great quality stuff in the store, if you want value for your money you sure need to visit the store.

Outstanding customer service given by the staff at the Watford branch. The lovely ladies at this store were a pleasure to deal with. They ordered the boots in my size and I was genuinely over the moon with my purchase on collection. Beautiful quality and amazing price!

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent visit to the Fat Face store in Watford. The team were very friendly and helpful, and assisted me in finding what I needed. I bought a lovely new top, which I have worn since and received lots of compliments on it. I think Fat Face is a good brand, the clothes are really well made. Thanks to Safina and all the team, you really brightened up my day and made me smile. 😊

I don't normally write reviews but I was so impressed with the staff at Fatface Watford. It was such a lovely experience going into a store and receiving help and advice from Graham and Safina. Customer service is not dead! I will definitely be returning here and avoid shopping online in future.I urge everybody to do the same
