It was easy to order. The item was despatched quickly and was well packaged. The waistcoat fitted perfectly and my husband was very pleased.

Favourbrook is truly top notch in every way. Quality is immensely high - especially for the price. Don’t get me wrong, these are expensive clothes but great value for the money. The customer service is extraordinary.

I bought a very beautiful jacket online for my daughter’s wedding which was smart but cool as it was a very hot day. I was thankful I was not a man in a morning suit!
All the staff I dealt with at Favourbrook were extremely helpful when I was undecided about sizes. Very good service.

I ordered a new wedding waistcoat in a 46. The item arrived promptly but was a touch smaller than needed. So I ordered a 48 and returned the original. The second waistcoat was perfect and the refund on the first item came through within a few days. Top quality product which received many favourable comments. Love it.

The service that I received on arriving at the shop for the first fitting was wonderful, in a delightful little shop in the arcade. The measuring was seamless and the advice received exemplary.

In picking up the suit though, the trouser was cut about an inch lower than measured and so didn't fit as it should. I also found the suit carrier to be a little sub-standard (the zip broke and a seam tore on the way home) for what should be a lifelong investment.

Don't let the sizing and carrier deter you though. The materials are amazing and the service is there too. An amazing array of neckties, bow ties and waistcoats await you and, as mentioned, I couldn't say more about the service and the shop.

All in all very happy, but it's such a shame that little things can take the sheen off of what was a great experience overall.

I had to send my order back twice due to the hat not fitting. The service was unbelievable as Kate was so accommodating I could not ask for a more professional service. I will definitely be using them again! Thanks for making the whole experience so easy. David

While visiting London I stopped at the Pall Mall shop to inquire about a dress vest I liked but has not been in stock for quite a while. Mr. Julian Brown quickly identified the pattern from my description and was able to report that fabric was still available and I could have the vest made. Superb customer service combined with exceptional garments in very unique fabrics makes Favourbrook a special shop to visit when in London.
