I would recommend Karen Hinchliffe to anyone who wants to deal with a professional, supportive, caring and one genuine human being who looks after her clients.

I can honestly not speak highly enough on the way Karen works and her whole work ethic! I only wish more solicitors could be like Karen, but unfortunately in my experience they are not and do not give anywhere near the 100% customer care Karen provides.

Everyone I speak to complain about solicitors and the time it takes and lack of response resulting in staggering bills! If only there were more Karens in the world of solicitors the world would be a better place.

We instructed this firm to handle the purchase of our new home, and the experience was stressful and disappointing from start to finish. Communication was inconsistent, updates were slow, and we often had to follow up multiple times just to get basic information.

There were several misunderstandings around our mortgage and bridging arrangements, and a major error in the Land Transaction Tax calculation which we had to spot and correct ourselves right before completion.

Things only improved toward the very end of the process, but by then the damage was done. As a result, we’ve chosen to use a different solicitor for the sale of our previous property. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this firm.
