I’ve been a customer for several years. Helen is always prompt and helpful with replies to any questions. Love the personal touch and the fact that it’s a uk small business. Customer service second to none and delivery quick. Dogs love the products too which is perhaps the biggest bonus.

Helen is always happy to help with orders or any queries. My dogs have a grain and gluten free diet and LOVE feelwells food and treats. I'm a happy customer ☺️

Helpful, a human to talk to on a phone. Quick delivery. The dog is doing well, he has GI & liver issues so he’s monitored carefully.

Great products, my dog just loves the ox heart pencils, and more recently he's tried the 'Goodnight' Oaty oven baked biscuits which he also enjoys. Glad the 100% meat treats are made in the UK, on the expensive side but you get what you pay for!

We moved our two onto cold pressed fish from salmon and trout, purely as a trial. It’s been a real hit and for one of our dogs we’ve seen a significant improvement in his digestion. The treats always go down well and we also use the post biotic which is cost effective when compared to others on the market. Customer service is very responsive and resolve any queries promptly. Very happy customers here-two legs and four 🐾

Feelwells products actually helped my spaniel get better with his stomach issues and after just one day of using them he stopped diarrhoea and loose stools producing normal ones for the first time in nearly a month. I’m very happy to continue with them and have now completely changed his diet.
