Waffle loves your CBD chews. I do, too, as they help keep him calm & happy. Your customer service team has been incredibly helpful in managing our subscription. The only reason I don’t rate 5 stars is the difficulty in managing our subscription online (at least the last time I tried to make a change). The representative who assisted me acknowledged that challenge and was very helpful. I plan on adding other products you carry once that glitch is fixed.

Thank you,
Christine

Great service Please stop automatic service for now. Have extra on hand

Great product. My six dogs love it

Shipping of 2-5 days took 8 business days, will see how the product works after 3 weeks.

We saw a change in our dog within an hour. He is much calmer and a lot less aggressive.

Cancel my order. Do not want to receive any more!

Really don’t want a subscription as I have a senior cat and don’t use the bottles up very fast. And buying as a one time only…I feel is pretty pricey

I love the water additive for my pup's teeth.

Very pleased with the product but I have to many at this time, will continue when I need more thanks 😊 🙏 🙂

I have tried several products for my French Bulldog for behavior and Felix and Fetch has been the only one that helped along with training. Prior to Felix and Fetch, she would randomly attack my other dogs without reason. Thanks to this product, we can all live in peace again.

It is very convenient to have this product delivered automatically, or I would certainly forget to order. Thank you.

I can truly say that FelixandFletch has delivered their products in a timely manner. For the most part, their products perform according to their claims. I did not have difficulty in getting the dogs to take, and seemingly enjoy the various chews offered by FelixandFelix. In addition, the additive to place in the drinking water really works. The dogs readily drink their water as the additive is tasteless. Their teeth are white and their breath smells much fresher. I would recomend the products of F&F to family and friends!!

I always receive my orders quickly and am very pleased with all that I order from you!!

I have been trying to update my password since I first ordered but the new passwords I enter never work! There's something wrong with the system and I'm completely frustrated!

Received the dental formula a few days ago and so far so good. The bad breath is better and his teeth and gums look much healthier.

The felixand fetch products are great. I am amazed at the solution for the water bowl and how it makes their breath sweeter and their teeth and gums cleaner. I recommend it to all pet parents.

Great products and fast and efficient service!!!!

Needed the subscription updated and the service was quick and concise. Very pleased with the customer service.
