I downloaded this app from an add that said “we will give you a specific plan to increase your chances to conceive” or something along those lines. I was disappointed to discover that it’s just like any other app that just logs your ovulation and doesn’t have any other unique features.

I emailed the provided email to cancel my subscription back in September and it took a long time to get a response. I finally did, acknowledging my desire to cancel and I was charged again two months later!!!

I have been back and forth with support for weeks now about issuing a refund, which they refuse to do on the grounds I “emailed the wrong email”… when in fact, I emailed the support email provided in the email.

This business is shady and dishonest and does not care about customer satisfaction. DO NOT USE!

DO NOT USE!!!! Told me my egg quality is poor off a 2 minute quiz, how can they possibly know that when I’m a healthy 20 year old with regular periods!!!!!!

Disgusting and if I was more gullible id be worried sick!

I used Femia as a fertility app for a few months, but the results weren't always accurate. There were days when the app predicted ovulation, but in reality, it wasn't the case. There are some useful features, but overall, it could be more personalized for women with irregular cucles.

If you need fertility help, Femia is a real gem. The truth is, it's only in the paid version, but it's incredibly detailed: it identified my fertile days and provided the support I needed. The simple interface and accessible information make it very user-friendly.

Femia as a cycle tracker accurately identified my period days, which helped me plan my days in harmony with my well-belding. Overall. it' good, but sometimes it feels like some features could be simpler.

During pregnancy, Femia became my best friend. The 3D baby and weekly updates were so engaging. The paid version also provided nutrition and exercise advice. Honestly, I felt so much calmer and more confident.

This company is a SCAM. I’ve tried canceling my account multiple times. You’re told to go to the Apple App to cancel the subscription, but Apple doesn’t recognize Femia and can’t cancel the account. Email messages to customer service go unanswered. Meanwhile, I’m charged an auto-renewal fee for a product I don’t want or need. This is a terrible way to do business. I expect a refund, and cancellation or I will be initiating a chargeback through my bank, and contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Cette application est vendue comme accompagnement personnalisé, c’est FAUX et surtout c’est exclusivement en ANGLAIS, elle est aussi utile qu’une appli gratuite!
J’ai pris un abonnement de 3 mois, et oui je me suis faite avoir, et 3 mois après ils m’ont prélevé de nouveau à mon insu et bien évidemment ce n’est pas remboursé!

If I could give 0 stars, I would do it. They are doing auto renewal without ur knowledge and no way to cancel it. Very frustrating and disappointing that we can't do cancellation by ourselves and have to email them and no reply from them. They send you to Apple ID to cancel and Apple can’t find the account. They answer when they have made the another charge.

Très déçue par l’application qui n’est pas en français ( et pas de possibilité d’avoir la version française)
J’ai téléchargé l’application via Apple Store en août et n’avais pas fait attention que ça m’a été prélevé sur mon compte.
Très rapidement je fais une requête Apple pour annuler mon achat .
Depuis je suis prélevée par PayPal de la part d’une autre structure!
Après des recherches on me dit que la boîte qui me prélève est censé sécuriser les connexions à l’appli …. Je pense qu’ils volent nos données!
Bref prélèvements abusifs depuis et bien sur aucun moyen d’être remboursé.
Je suis très déçu de voir que vous profitez des gens fragiles, en manque d’enfants pour les voler .

I've been trying to cancel my subscription for days with no success. I've sent more than 5 emails and I keep getting the bot reply! The app does not allow me to cancel; it sends me to the website, which, in turn, sends me to the app.
This does not seem like the right way to do business.
Update: Even thought Femia replied here saying they had emailed me. They did not! Checked my inbox and spam folder, but no email. I've sent 7 emails at this point.
Terrible company! Stay away!!

How disgusting a company is preying on vulnerable people who are trying for a baby. Shame on you. Fear god, theres only so much of a high you can get from scamming people before lifes karma catches up with you then you will be faced with regret fro every living moment of your life.

Edit: a femia rep did email me with a cancellation notice, but no refund yet. They still charged 66.65 plus an ATM fee. I'll keep you updated and improve my trust pilot score if the refund comes through.

Scam. No one responds to customer service query. 66.65 Drafted 2 weeks after I canceled. They only send an auto response indicating to manage subscription in Google play. Already did that. There's nothing left to remove, but they still charge. The app material is just regurgitation of content you can find around the web. It's been two weeks. I'll keep you updated if someone responds and refunds.

J'ai cliqué sur le lien à cause d'une pub et directement le "test" me dit que je n'ai plus que 20% de mes ovocytes (choses impossible à savoir sans une imagerie médicale) ils jouent sur la peur et le désespoir pour vous appater

Waste of money!!!

1. You sign up for a free trial, and you get a welcome email after that, but no email follow-up from them on how you are getting on.
2. The app is just basic.
3. The online pages do not show people behind the company/app. No real people.
4. They use other people's videos to lure you in to sign up.
5. No real testimonies, from over 1.4 million users. Just fancy graphics and AI voice-overs and other people's videos for their ads on all social media platforms.
6. They don't send reminders that your trial is coming to an end, £66.65 is gone.
7. They should be stopped.

I've tried many apps for pregnancy planning, but Femia became my favorite! In the Getting Pregnant app, there's everything you need: accurate predictions, clear advice, even reminders to take vitamins. There's a lot going on, but you can figure it out.

The ovulation tracker works flawlessly! And what's important - no intrusive ads. You pay once and use it. Very satisfied!

IMPOSSIBLE to cancel! Stay away!! Very disappointed! I keep getting charged for this even though I tried to cancel several times ages ago. I have not received a response from their "support team" beyond that they are receiving a "high volume of emails" despite several emails. They keep charging me even though I haven't used the app once. I thought it sounded like a good idea, but it is a total scam!! Stay away!
