Exceptional service! I ordered engraved trophies and decanters for our company conference and I cannot fault Fen Regis in the slightest.
Both Andrew and Scott replied to my emails extremely fast. Artworks and any amendments were sent over within the hour, and from artwork approval it was only a couple of days before we received the finished articles. I will 100% be using Fen Regis in the future!

Andrew from Fen Regis Trophies was just great. First they responded realy quickly. Understood the brief and rechead out to validate all the details from the online order. I then had to modify a few thing and add a logo and they were super helpful in adjusting all for no extra fee. They sent the image of what it would look like and then only once validated engraved and we received it a few days later. I would definitly recommend, great quality, good value for money and super helfup and kind.
