Ordering from outside the UK
This is my second time working with Total Merchandise, specifically with Amiee M. I've been placing orders from the US for delivery to the UK, and Amiee's communication has been excellent. Cuddly toys
We were delighted to receive the cuddly toys based on the cartoon mascot for our paediatric nurse-led transport service. From the moment they arrived, it was clear how thoughtfully they had been designed, with bright, friendly features that will immediately capture the attention of the children in our care. The quality of the toys is excellent and the communication from TM throughout the entire process.

Total Merchandise have not let us down in any way. They are reliable, the staff are efficient and friendly (especially Jessica who we mostly work with). The products are exactly what we need and are easy to personalise. Nothing happens until we are absolutely happy with every detail which is reassuring. We see no reason to look for another supplier.

We was happy with the merchandise supplied, however the proofs caused a bit of confusion as some of the lettering seemed to be in bold, the proofs that are issued should be improved,
