My updated order for a golf trophy was handled perfectly. It was an updated repeat of a 2023 prize and was done and sent promptly well in time for the event itself. Nicely boxed and the winner was delighted as it is an elegant glass trophy and not another big metal one! I also like the confirmation process in advance and the trust implied by not demanding the payment up front but concentrating on customer satisfaction. Of course, I paid quickly!
