Au début j’étais un peu inquiet que ce soit une arnaque car ils m’ont envoyé aucun numéro de suivi (même si j’habite en suisse et la compagnie aussi). Je n’ai pas utilisé le service client mais je me suis étonné quand j’ai vu qu’il n’y a avait qu’un mail pour les contacté. J’ai donc regardé les avis sur le site et en effet, je n’étais pas le seul à avoir le même problème. Certain avait même reçu le colis endommagé ou avec des pièces manquantes ou même defois jamais arrivé, ce qui a augmenté mon inquiétude. Malgré ça, j’ai quand même reçu mon colis au complet sans problème 3 jour après l’achat (j’ai acheté un adaptateur jack 3.5mm à usb-a de la marque Ugreen).

Katastrophe wahre wurde bezahlt jedoch erhielt ich meine Bestellung nicht. Ein Shop den man mit gutem gewissen nicht weiter empfehlen kann.

Schnelle Lieferung (2 Werktage) aber eine ungültige Trackinnummer.. Ich bin zufrieden mit dem Privacy Glass und der Hülle, jedoch sind die Produkte aus China.

Obwohl ich die schlechten Bewertungen gelesen habe, habe ich trotzdem bei ferryexpress bestellt.
Die Ware war perfekt und war zwei Tage nach der Bestellung im Briefkasten.

Alles nur Fake auf dieser Seite und kein Kundenservice verfügbar!!! E-mails geschrieben, keine Antwort erhalten ! Live Chat gibt es gar nicht wie angegeben auf der Website ! Und sonstige Kontaktmöglichkeiten wie Telefon existiert ebenfalls nicht ! lasst eure Finger von diesem Unternehmen !!!

a fuir c’est mieux de commander sur Amazon ou Ali express jamais de soucis avec eux certes ça mets du temp a arrivé mais au moins ont a le produis exacte

Three days ago, I ordered an iPhone case and screen protector from them.
At first, I was a bit worried due to the really good price and questions about quality.
But when I received it, I was shocked by how perfect the quality is one of the best online purchases I’ve made. Delivery was super fast, at least twice as fast as Amazon, and it was free!

Overall, I’m super happy with them.

I am extremely disappointed with FerryXpress. They claim to provide high-quality smartphone replacement parts, but in reality, they just resell cheap, unreliable parts from AliExpress. The parts I received were completely useless and didn't work at all. It's clear they have no regard for quality or customer satisfaction. Save your money and avoid this scam of a company at all costs!

I've placed a couple of orders and the dispatch is pretty quick. Any item I've ordered is impeccable.

Customer service does not exist at all. No reply towards product specification etc. at all.

Included tape and nice packing. Very quick CH delivery. For 20CHF - screen works (for now) as expected. Maybe a a smudge little thicker than original.

Habe für mein Samsung s21 ultra eine Rückseite bestellt. Nach dem Einbau ist mir aufgefallen, dass die Abdeckung für den Blitz fehlt. Somit ist das Smartphone nicht einmal mehr staubdicht.
Der Support antwortet nicht auf anfragen. Die AGB sind sehr Kunden feindlich.

Ich habe 3 Artikel bestellt und musste 2 davon zurückschicken, weil ich nach dem Versuch, das Handydisplay zu ersetzen, scheiterte. Das Display passte nicht zu meinem iPhone, obwohl ich das richtige Produkt bestellt hatte. Das 2. Produkt habe ich nicht mal ausgepackt, weil ich sehr skeptisch war. Lediglich das Werkzeug habe ich behalten. Der Support ist sehr mühsam, Mails werden nur spärlich oder überhaupt nicht beantwortet. Eine Rückzahlung habe ich bis heute nicht erhalten. Einmal und nie wieder !!
