It was very easy to find a therapist who I felt might be helpful regarding my particular issues.Fettle gives a concise yet comprehensive account about each therapist. I’m delighted with my choice and feel that my therapist will be a kind , compassionate and very skilled guide through my healing journey!

I was able to find exactly the right therapist for me through Fettle. I look forward to our zoom sessions and always come away from them feeling understood, heard, supported and empowered. The flexibility to do zoom calls makes it so easy to keep appointments, and it’s very comfortable to be able to do calls from home. I am delighted I found my therapist here - a perfect fit!

Have been talking with Doreen for a few months now and I can honestly say she has been excellent to work with. I couldn't have asked for more help than she provided and she was always available for as long as needed.

I have emailed multiple times about less than satisfactory service while using fettle plus & received no response. They’ve now set up a direct debit to obtain funds for a faulty product. I will be raising this issue the Ccpc and other relevant bodies. Absolutely disgraceful.
Edit: After posting on their social media I was finally granted a response for the first time. I sent screenshots of my unanswered emails. While I received an apology there was no real acknowledgment of the issues I was having with using fettle plus. The advertised features such as being able to see scheduled appointments and view the act webinar were non functional for me & were not resolved. There is no cancellation button under your fettle plus profile the only way to cancel is from an email you may not even receive! Be wary when using fettle plus services as there customer service is not well monitored.

Fast delivery for medication, cheap prices and good customer service. Had no problems at all.

Not a serious company. Very bad experience. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Have just finished my final session with Denis and all I can say is that he is a credit to his profession and to Fettle.

I was a huge sceptic to counselling and didn't believe that people needed it. I couldn't have been more wrong!

When I came across Fettle I was immediately intrigued by the idea of online counselling and after Watching Denis' video decided to book a session with him. At the end of that first hour, Denis had pinpointed accurately what was going on in my mind and, after a couple of weeks, helped turn my life around.

I am happier, not stressed and have shifted my mindset with the aid of a great counsellor. Thank you!

My therapist is excellent, customer service is great and its an easy booking process. I tried face to face counselling a number of years ago and didn't stick with it. I find online counselling more cost and time effective.
