Exceptional service from Mandy Jones at Fidler & Pepper
I cannot recommend Mandy Jones at Fidler & Pepper highly enough.
Mandy dealt with the transfer and remortgage of my property following the completion of probate. What should have been a relatively straightforward process became unnecessarily complicated due to the requirements and processes of the new mortgage lender and their appointed conveyancers. There were numerous delays caused by the appointed conveyancers, with conflicting information and points where it was unclear which party was expected to take the next step.
Throughout all of this, Mandy was exceptional.
She was incredibly responsive, proactive and professional. Whenever an issue arose, Mandy dealt with it immediately. She contacted the relevant parties, explained exactly what was required and did everything she could to prevent further delays. On several occasions I would email her with an issue and be amazed at how quickly she had already taken action to resolve it.
What impressed me most was that I never felt I had to chase Mandy. Quite the opposite, she was regularly chasing other parties on my behalf and keeping the transaction moving. At what was already a difficult time personally, having someone so reliable handling the legal side of things gave me enormous reassurance.
Once the lender finally resolved the issues with their processes and Mandy was able to take control of the conveyancing, the difference was remarkable. She progressed everything extremely quickly and efficiently, ultimately getting the transfer and remortgage completed without any further unnecessary delay.
Mandy combines professionalism with a genuinely personal level of service. She was approachable, reassuring and always kept me informed, while being incredibly efficient behind the scenes.
I have dealt with a number of professionals in property transactions over the years, and Mandy's service genuinely stood out. She is a real asset to Fidler & Pepper, and I sincerely hope the firm recognises the exceptional level of service she provides to her clients.
Thank you, Mandy, for everything you did to get this over the line. I would not hesitate to use Fidler & Pepper again based on my experience with you.

A very pleasant e perience all round.
We were remortgaging as pensioners, not easy at the best of times but Georgie Shaw & Emma Scollick are great. Very efficient and got back to me really quickly. All the twists and turns we faced were dealt with smoothly and they were very accommodating when we had trouble with the app they usually use. We used email and it all went swimmingly.

Quick turn around on a remortgage
I was on a very tight deadline to get a mortgage processed. I was told 6-8 weeks but Fidler & Pepper turned this around within 2 weeks and I completed on 1st September meaning I didnt have to face the interest hike after my current rate expired. The app was great for communication and easy to use. I could easily upload documents they needed. Highly recommend and thank you!
