One star is far too generous.

Absolutely appalling service from start to finish. This company is virtually impossible to get hold of, despite numerous emails, text messages, phone calls and voicemails. The estate agent dealing with my house purchase has also struggled to get a response from them.

The only time I seem to receive any communication is when they want more money for a service that I’m simply not receiving.

The whole experience has made the house-buying process far more stressful and drawn-out than it needs to be. Communication is non-existent, customer service is shocking, and there appears to be little regard for the impact their lack of response has on their customers.

To make matters worse, I continue to receive automated text messages from “Amber”, despite being told by the company that she has been on long-term sick leave for some time. This only adds to the impression that the communication process is completely dysfunctional.

I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to look elsewhere. Buying a house is stressful enough without having to constantly chase a company that you are paying to provide a service.

An incredibly frustrating experience, and one I would not wish on anyone.

I am having big issues dealing with this company of late. Initially communication with Amber was excellent but I am supposedly approaching my exchange date and they NEVER answer their phone. I have rang several times and no one picks up as well as leaving a myriad of emails. This is now causing me a lot of stress and I am concerned the move in date will be jepordised.
