Scammers

Samsung offers 3 months free with them in a promo code when you purchase a Samsung TV but they won't accept my card and then proceeds to say the issue is with my card.

In all those years I had that card I never had issues with any site other than them. I literally had just used it with HBO, Allente, Viaplay, and HBO just a few minutes before trying to sign up with them.

From how they are dealing with the issue and from reading the reviews on here they obviously don't want Samsung customers taking advantage of the 3 month free trial, so they just decline people who use their promo code and blame it on your card.

They are scammers/ con artist and you should stay far away from them. I am going to report them to Samsung customer service tomorrow and tell them they don't accept Samsung customers with promo codes in reality.

They will take your money

Signed up for free trial and got £119 taken from my account. Was told an email was sent although it was never received and can't get anyone to provide me the refund for the product that I actually never even used. Its disgusting. Never sign up to this, you will never get your money back

Scam

They put a clause that says you can’t get a refund after auto renewal. I am not even sure it is legal. But steer clear of this company. Scammers.

Horrendous customer service

Horrendous customer service, been overcharged despite cancelling a subscription back in October. Numerous emails and have now been told perhaps I set up two memberships under the same email address which according to another advisor is impossible. Requested a refund which is apparently against their terms and conditions!!
Wish I’d looked at reviews before signing up.

Terrible Customer Service

I thought I had cancelled my subscription but when I saw they charged me I immediately got in touch to ask them to cancel it and refund the increased fees. They refused despite the fact that I haven't used the service in a year. Absolutely refused to make an exception and I had been a customer for years. Very disappointing.

Stay away from this app

Absolute scam artists. Signed up for a free trial in 2020 and have had money taken from my account yearly since. I received no reminders of renewal, no invoice for funds paid and received no copy of initial contract which was signed. They are clearly (from other reviews) taking advantage of this system where auto renew is occurring without consumers being made aware. Stay away and do not support these

Free trial is not free, they make it impossible to cancel

I tried a free trial and kept getting emails saying, your trial is coming to an end soon, if you want to continue, please press here to pay. I assumed that in order to subscribe to Fiit, I would have to press to pay as the email kept saying. Admittedly, I did put in my card details when I signed to do the free trial. I couldn't find how to cancel anywhere on their website. Anyway, the long of short of it is, they took £59.99 from me and refused to refund me. I wouldn't mind if the app was any good but the workouts aren't good and the music they play is terrible. The Peloton app is so much better. Fiits customer service is shocking. They are a scam.

I had an extremely poor experience with Fiit. A technical issue meant I couldn’t log into the app, and when I tried to cancel, the link was broken. Instead, my subscription auto-renewed — at double the price of the previous year, with no warning. When I contacted customer support, the staff were unhelpful, simply repeating that they were “following policy,” despite this breaching consumer law. They then ignored multiple emails, forcing me to go through my credit card provider to secure a refund. Overall, the service was very disappointing and I cannot recommend Fiit.

Impossible to get any assistance

I joined Fiit months ago, loved the app, but in recent weeks, it's buggy. Loads okay on my TV, plays for a few minutes, then midway through a routine, it starts hanging and crashes. Sometimes it says they're aware of the technical issues - but weeks later, no resolution. l've followed the site's advice to clear my cache, but that did nothing. Frustrating because it crashes just as you start enjoying the workout. What's worse is that they don't respond to queries - always dealing with high volumes, but there's just no follow-through so don't hold your breath for a human to look into it.

Double the money for half the quality

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Fiit. Not only did their app repeatedly crash on both mobile and Firestick (making it impossible to use the service or cancel my subscription), but when I raised this issue, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses from their representative.

Rather than acknowledging the technical faults or taking any responsibility, they repeatedly hid behind “company policy” and refused a refund. The tone throughout was unprofessional, showing no willingness to resolve the issue or to treat a loyal paying customer fairly.

In the end, I had no choice but to escalate the matter to my bank, who agreed that I had been unfairly charged and processed a full refund via chargeback. It should never have come to this.

This experience has left me with no confidence in Fiit as a company. I would strongly urge potential customers to be cautious before committing to a subscription.

Do Not Use!!

They took 120 pounds from my wife and refuse to refund her eventhough she hasn't used the app for over a year and was pregnant at the time. 0 customer skills and a shocking compnay to deal with. Avoid!

I had a problem with the app/access…

I had a problem with the app/access which was flagged several times. Finally resolved today but no goodwill gesture to revisit the commencement date. There was an eagerness to sell a renewal for the following year though!
Some organisations need to understand customer retention better…

No New Content

Sadly, I’ve noticed the same issues as other reviewers. No new workouts have been uploaded all summer. At first, I was told it was a technical problem, that new classes were still being released weekly but engineers were looking into reports. Later, the message changed to say that Fiit had decided to “pause” new releases for a while, with no clear timeframe. When I asked for more clarification and compensation, I received no reply at all.

This is so disappointing as Fiit is my favourite platform with fun, challenging workouts and great instructors. Yes, there’s a decent library of older sessions, but the main reason I chose an annual membership was the promise of regular fresh content. The bigger issue here is the poor communication with subscribers, I think we deserve transparency about what’s really going on.

No new classes ??!

I've been a member of fiit for years now and have loved it. However I've been very disappointed lately to find that there have been no new classes for weeks and when I questioned this I got the following answer - "Unfortunately, we don’t have a specific timeframe for when the new releases will be back. After a thorough review, our team decided to pause them for a while. We do expect to renew them soon, but at the moment we don’t have an exact date."

This is not what I signed up for. If I wanted this I could just get free repeated workouts on other networks!
Put the new classes back on!
I note from other reviews that I am not the only fiit member who is not happy with this.

I have been using fit for over 8 years…

I have been using fit for over 8 years - I think I must have been one of the “ originals “ I LOVE it. It gives you no excuses - you can exercise in your underwear if u like, and there is no travelling time!
But - why the total freeze on new classes?? Please let us know - I think you owe your local customers some sort of explanation?

I have been using Fiit now for a few years. On the whole it’s good. What I am disappointed with is that no new classes have been put on for weeks so I find myself doing the same old ones over again. Come on Fiit get some new good classes on.
