Great variety of classes something for everyone
Great variety of classes, length and exercise type and multiple difficulty levels means it caters for everyone. The programmes/plans really keep you disciplined and complemented by stretching and functional movement.
The coaches are great, with various personalities keeping you motivated throughout the class and you are ultimately in control as you get out of it what you put into it. I wish some of the live group classes could be done on an evening though to accommodate the evening exercisers but that’s a minor thing.

A wonderful app with a top support team
I activated the unlimited subscription ten months ago. I found top fitness training content for all levels. A few days ago, I engaged the Fiit customer support team, and they solved my issue immediately! I absolutely recommend Fiit!

I needed technical support as air play…
I needed technical support as air play wasn’t working from my I pad to my TV. Got a reply back the same day offering various suggestions in the end they offered a free HDMI cable which connects my IPad to my tv, it works really well. The cable arrived the next day, in a rather nice velvet bag. Looking forward to using the videos now.

The best fitness app out there!
As a 6 year member let me address the 1 star reviews first.
All the 1 star reviews are essentially the same review, and are people’s anger at themselves for not being able to manage their subscription. FIIT are not the only company that offer a free trial into auto renew subscription. If you fail to cancel before the auto renew that’s on you, not them. I have had reason throughout my 6 year membership to contact customer services and every single time they have been fantastic, replying within a day often within the hour, even on a Sunday! They are NOT a scam, far from it, they are a fantastic community and I couldn’t speak highly enough about them.
Right onto the app itself! I have messed around with a few fitness apps over the years and FIIT are comfortably the best. Hands down, not even close. Having watched them grow from body weight workouts to the full range of equipment they now offer the ethos has remained the same. Engaging coaches who offer great queues and pointers and have tons of energy. They are literally working out with you and you really feel like you’re working out together. The range of classes is insane and is regularly updated and you can take the app out of your living room or garage and into the gym. The programmes are ideal and I have used the hyrox programme as prep for my last two hyrox’s and seen my PB drop to 1hr 3 minutes. There are lots of apps or Instagram trainers offering programmes for often double or three times the price of fiit that don’t come close to the same offering. It’s the best fitness app on the market and for £10 a month, half the price of a budget gym membership.
I was lucky enough to grab a few minutes with Gede and Gus at Hyrox Birmingham and can confirm they are as great in person as on the app!

All-round delighted!
I've been looking for something I can squeeze into a busy schedule, and this works perfectly. GREAT exercises — really get my heart going!
The icing on the cake was that my tracker had a problem. I reached out to Fiit, who not only replied to me that same day, but sent a replacement out the next morning.
Just fantastic support - not something you see much of nowadays.
I absolutely recommend this product and company. 5/5 isn't enough.

I absolutely love this app! I always thought exercise wasn’t for me until I started using it—now I’m hooked. There truly is something for everyone, whether you have no equipment and live in an apartment with neighbours below, or you have access to a treadmill.
I’ve completed 87 classes so far and have only repeated a few because there’s so much variety. Despite having no equipment and only a small space, I’ve found countless classes to choose from, including Pilates, yoga, metcon, and strength. I mainly do metcon and strength workouts, and I still haven’t gone through all the videos—even within the intermediate level! I also love the stats tracking so you can see your heart rate and calories being burnt.
This app has been one of the best investments I’ve ever made. I’ve transformed my body and feel so much better about myself.
I don’t understand the comments about it being a scam. I signed up for the free trial and received two email warnings before I was charged, which gave me plenty of time to cancel if I wanted to. This process is no different from many other apps.
Thank you, Fiit! I’m so much fitter and happier because of your amazing app and the fantastic trainers on it.

I enjoyed the use of the app
I enjoyed the use of the app, used it as part of the free trial but due to finances set a reminder to cancel before the monthly cost was charged as clearly explained during sign up.
However be mindful - when I tried to cancel the membership I found this didnt work on the app and it kept saying my membership was free. Then suddenly I had a charge go out of my bank but I hadnt used the app purposely as knew my 'free' trial had ended. I emailed the team and they looked into my membership, could see I hadnt used and it and that I also hadnt received a reminder email about the charge for membership. They cancelled my membership for me and confirmed that as I hadnt used the app and not received a reminder email regarding payment that a refund would be granted. Very satisfied with my experience of Fiit - thank you
I have nothing but great things to say…
I have nothing but great things to say about Fiit. The app clearly has been well thought out and a great deal of effort put in to making it straightforward and simple to navigate. Is it missing anything? No, but some might say there could be a benefit to adding a nutritional advise or QnA section but that isn’t what the app is about so that is not a criticism by any means. I will be using this for a long time and the auto renewal makes it easy for me at the end of the year.

Auto renewal - No refunds
Beware of the app, if you subscribe and forget about the app it'll auto-renew and they won't refund you the money even if you have clearly not used the app and have no intention of using it in the future.
Terrible customer service with no flexibility even to pay monthly instead. Had all of my remaining money for the month removed from my account and had no idea it was going to happen.
Most companies would recognise that you haven't used their service and be understanding and allow a refund but they're clearly struggling to make money and need to take it from people who don't have it.
Certainly won't use them again now or in the future, more flexibility in your payment terms would encourage people to stay and allow good word of mouth for your business. Instead of robbing people blind in an already hard to live in world.

Feeling stronger!
I got a 30 day free trial for Fiit, so I signed up to try something new, with the full intention that I would cancel before the trial ends.
I have ended up doing the workouts every day, and I'm now more than happy to pay the £90 yearly subscription fee as I'm already feeling much stronger and fitter after the 30 days!
I already exercise very regularly, but I have always struggled with motivation when it comes to strength training. I'm not the type of a person to go to the gym, but I rarely find the motivation to do strength training at home either.
Fiit has made doing strength workouts at home very fun and easy, all I have to do is press play and follow the instructions for the next 20-40 minutes!
I don't even need to spend time choosing workouts as they have many pre-curated workout plans!
If I do feel like trying something outside of the plan, they have a good selection of everything, and for all levels from beginner to advanced.
The website has always worked well for me.
I would highly recommend Fiit, it has made me much stronger in 30 days already!

worst experience
I tried processing a cancellation I don't know what happened as they haven't received it apparently. I have not used this platform once and received poor customer service. They must be able to see this service wasn't used, waste of money do not trust it as I did try to process the cancellation during the trial period and nobody is giving me a refund.

Terrible experience with App and…
Terrible experience with App and customer services.
Signed up with a free trial through 02. The app was Terrible. It wouldn't let me cast to my TV even though I'm on super fast broadband and was casting on another app right before but FIIT blamed my broadband. I had a few other problems, couldn't get onto any class without inputting very personal details that i couldn't even input if i wanted too. Was advised this was because of my tracker, I don't own a tracker or wanted a tracker.The app was qlichy all over. Stuart from customer service was rude, patronising and blamed me and my broadband for the problems. Basically user error! When I replied to his patronising tone using sarcasm he threatened me. I immediately cancelled. I have received an email since saying my contract has been cancelled but I suspect reading these reviews it's not over. Avoid at all costs. The App is appalling and customer service is appalling. An awful company all round!

Really not impressed with the service
Really not impressed with the service. I got a free trial, tried it for a bit, but app kept on freezing.
Today £90 has been taken out of my bank account for the annual renewal. I contacted them through chat and all they did was send me a link to the terms and conditions. I tried to carry on the conversation but the chat ended when terms and conditions was sent. I'm trying to get back on chat now, but no joy.
They can see from my account I only used the app a few times.
I got no warning via email that £90 was going to be taken from my bank account. I haven't used the app for awhile because it kept on freezing. The 7 days refund policy should start from the day they take the money.
I'm desperate to talk to someone from their customer service team. I would be grateful if someone could contact me so I can take this bad customer experience further.

Frequently crashes and you can't return…
Frequently crashes and you can't return to where you were under the guise of 'workout safety'.
I downloaded the app to both my mobile and Samsung TV - on both apps (even with a very strong, constant wifi signal), the classes crash about 50% of the time. And for some reason you're unable to fast forward or reverse during workouts, so instead you either give up or have to wait for as long as you were far through the workout, incredibly demoralising when during the finisher (i don't want to repeat the class or sit and wait for 20minutes).
I've been a customer since covid, and the user experience with regards to the actual classes have't improved since then, which is really disappointing.

I was sceptical about Fiit customer service as company appeared to be American and the phone number given just cut off - however once I emailed I received a very quick response which I wasn't happy with and replied. Within about 2 hours it was sorted with a solution that was 100 %for me! Very happy - Thankyou FIIT
Paid for full plan
I was lulled in with the free version and features like spin to win. Aka burn to earn. I purchased a full year. About a week later the burn to earn feature dissapeared so there was no more spinning to win prizes. The money offsubscription voucher I had won with the spin to win in the free version didn't even work so I paid had full price too. The workouts are all similar and the stretches are okay but are not as useful to me as I need them to be. When I did a full body stretch it mostly did hips/glutes and back. The only stretch that was for upper body was a one knee kneeling butterfly reach. Granted that would stretch the chest and so on. But I want a full body stretch that does each muscle group in turn. That doesn't seem to exist.
This is worth more stars if it was free and able to access enough classes to make it usable as a free app but I found everything was locked without some form of paid plan. Had there been more free classes that give a better idea of what you are about to pay for I may not have bought into it.
There are many types of classes like yoga and dumbbells workouts which is a positive for the paid version. I do like that there are short classes as well as some longer ones. I have pared two up before and that has worked well. But as they tend to do a cool down at the end of each class, I found it was better not to do those if I planned to go straight into another workout class. Instead I did some rowing or mountain climbers to let the class reach its end naturally while keeping myself warmed up for the second class. You can quite easily build a routine from selecting more than one class and doing them in a logical and safe order. Never stretch and then go into a second workout. I ended up with tennis elbow in both elbows. The physio said it was most likely because I stretched before returning to lifting weights. I don't really use this app anymore despite having 7 months of my paid plan left. So it can't be fantastic or I would be using it more than once in a blue moon.
Total £200 charged for subscriptions that had been cancelled in the trial period
I was introduced via sky last year. I decided to try the free trial but was unable to use it cos it would not sync on my tv..i messaged their customer service about this but after lots of stress over it , i decided to cancel the trial period. Done and dusted i never visited the site again. Only yesterday did i realise FiiT had taken £89 from my account last year and another £119.99 yesterday. I didnt even know who Fiit was until i had to google it and i was shocked cos i clearly cancelled the subscription.
On contacting them they somehow told me the account was active and not cancelled. I downloaded the app on my phone and asked for a one time code just to check this, as u know i didnt even have a pssword i could remember...and yes my account somehow was showing i ws on a full package..after reading peoples reviews today im baffled and just had to post my experience here.
I clearly cancelled the trial period and im still shocked as to how my acccount is showing an active subscription..Customer service will also see that i havent bn using the service for a year yet ive been charge twice....£200 in total for nothing, they are not willing to refund as a result

BEWARE.
They send out a renewal notification 7 days before your subscription ends then make your account look like you have no active subscriptions that are able to be canceled, then they charge you again and give no refunds for any reason. The idea behind the app is cool but it's a scam more than anything. 0/10 would not recommend.

Free trial was renewed without warning…
Free trial was renewed without warning (which I can prove) was also renewed forbthe full year costing £80 pounds which I can't afford and the customer service have showed 0 care or empathy so far. DO NOT use this app.
