It was probably just me but I had a hard time with the website I was trying to opening an account and I wasn't able to do that I was able to start my subscription but I wanted to be able to hit my account when I pulled up the website and I don't think I have an account unless that automatically starts after you said your subscription

Website makes it easy to find the right size, choose which type of filter and to order any number you need. Shipment was pretty quick and filters were well packaged and protected. At first I didn't notice any arrow to show air flow but finally saw it as a thin lne adjacent to the size label. My only issue so far is that the filter( 30x24) didn't fit perfectly. I had to slightly force one of the corners in just a bit to get it to fit. That's the first time I've ever encountered that problem for my system.
