Backed by a Trusted Name, Dale Jr. Giving this a shot, as I feel I'm overpaying big box stores for good quality. So far, everything has been easy to navigate and very informative.

How to order a custom made filter was a little confusing; now I understand. Looking forward to receiving our first shipment. Thank you.

Easy to use website. Prices seem comparable to a few other places I looked at. Big Dale Jr fan here!

Had to go back into the order to ensure the delivery interval was at 12 months, i thought i had selected 12 months but at check out it listed every month. Took me starting over to get it set correctly at a 12 month interval.

was able to add my new house to my existing order like a champ. Very easy website to navigate. Give your folks who designed it a raise....I wish all site were as easy to use!

Sent the wrong filter size on the first order but sending out another at no charge. People make mistakes so this isn't that big of a deal.

I haven't received my filters yet so not sure how to rate yet. I would like if there was an order tracking.

My parents are in there early 80's. Dad used to take care of all the mechanical issues at home. But in the past few years he has declined a bit. So Mom is having to do more of those tasks. She was telling me that she couldn't find a furnace filter that they needed. Multiple trips to many different stores to source a 14x20-2" filter. After 2 weeks she finally found 1. So for Christmas I got them a Filter Time subscription that will go to there condo every 3 months and she won't have to worry about finding the filter any more.

Website easy to navigate

Didn’t like automatic renewal just to buy filters one time.

Ordering was easy! A little slow on the shipping communication, it showed up and I didn't even know it shipped. It is all good though, the package arrived fast and was handled perfectly!

I would have preferred to have more options for how often the filters are reordered. Ideally my subscription would be for every 6 weeks. Instead I had to choose either 4 or 8 weeks.

Filters were delivered quickly and well packaged.

I had submitted a 2 star review earlier based upon slow processing of my order (and I'll add now also a slightly cumbersome order process), but I'm revising it upward now that I've received my filters.
I was in Home Depot yesterday and trust me, FilterTimes pricing is great.
More importantly, I always struggle with filters sliding into the filter tray on my 2 units. They always seem to snag and I've had them buckle when I got too aggressive but these ones slid right in. It seems they undersize them a little and I'm liking it. I'll order again.
