I was referred to Finance Advice Centre by Money Saving Expert who assigned Garry Smith to me to help with my getting a new mortgage. Garry has been fantastic throughout this process.

He has worked on my case very professionally, researched and offered products I would not have known to look for in the first place. The best thing is that he has explained everything really well in terms of the process, products offered and answering questions.

Excellent communication from Pratil and Yogesh from the very start of the process. They were given a clear objective from the start and this was achieved to our satisfaction within a very reasonable time frame.

Great Service from Yogi and the team. During a re-mortgage process, I was walked through all options available to me. Once I decided on a provider, the team were incredibly efficient in getting a decision in principle etc and ultimately in helping me secure the mortgage

I have gone through several mortgage brokers in the past and have been rejected by all the lenders before I came to Finance Advice Centre. Our case handler Pratik made sure we got our mortgage as he swiftly and professionally dealt with our case and helped us all the way until we got the keys to our house. I would 100% recommend this company and especially recommend Yogesh and Pratik.

Excellent customer service and really friendly guys who help you through the process of finding and getting you a mortgage.
Yogesh and Pratik in particular were outstanding. They completely understand the process and Yogesh will bend over backwards to getting you the best mortage deal out there. Pratik regularly gave me an update on what's happening with the mortgage with out me having to ask.
I highly recommend these guys if your looking for a buy to let mortgage or a standard mortgage.

Garry is fantastic and my partner and I highly recommend him. He is so professional, knowledgable and non judgemental. Due to my property portfolio, I have a fair share of experience when it comes to mortgages. PRIOR TO Financial Advice Centre (FAC), I have had very negative, frustrating and financially impacting experiences. With too many hoops to jump through, lazy staff, additional paperwork, etc - some mortgage applications took up to six months to complete. Due to this, I changed my broker and solicitor from FAC’s recommended list. It has been a pleasure to witness what a broker should do to get these applications over the line. I had Steven Hatton looking after my case; the man is brilliant. He Chased everyone and everything daily to keep momentum. Steven was also extremely patient, presented me with several options, and kept me up to date, day by day at times, with new and better rates. Once all decisions were finalised, the mortgage flew through to completion in a matter of weeks. I can’t thank Steven and FAC enough, and will definitely be using them again.

Scott has been the most helpful of all the mortgage advisors I have spoken to in the last 12 months!!! I was told no by sooooo many! After an awful divorce I was desperate to be able to move on and buy a house for me and my children but it didn't seem possible ... When I went back to Scott he went above and beyond to help me and was able to find me a lender - I am so grateful!!!!
