SCAMMM DO NOT BUY FROM THESE HOPE I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK 0 STARS THIS COMPANY AND Website SHOULD Be SHUT DOWN

I ordered a bed chair on the 3rd August and once again like other reviews the company has lied again with there delivery time so by the time 21st August came I cancelled and asked for a refund and was told it would be 7 to 21 days for refund and now it's the 30th September and no refund and no response from them stay clear of these cow boys.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt after seeing these reviews and ordered a fox unhooking mat.
After a few days I got an email saying there is a slight delay of 1 week so I waited then still didn’t receive the item, emailed them and they said it will definitely be here after 10 days. Still no item and now not replying to my emails so I have done a chargeback with the bank.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Don’t waste your time just tell you a load of lies ordered an mozi front for my bivvy to take with me to France for a week fishing was told there was a delay so would be a week later they told me it had been dispatched but obviously hadn’t as it never arrived in time so I cancelled the order and still waiting for that aboulte joke will never order from them again

Ordered Nash MF60 indulgence wide bedchair on 7th August 2024. Was told by Henry online was in stock and delivery 5-8 days got the same answer for 4 weeks running high demand and will be delivered the following week. It never arrived! Demanded a refund and confirmation via email 3 weeks later still no refund or contact. Credit Card company refunding tomorrow. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

SCAMMERS!!! Order a BBQ with two day delivery on it, then said they couldn't provide it. So I asked for a refund. Since 12th August and still waiting despite numerous requests to find out why I wasn't being refunded. Now I wish I'd read the reviews. Avoid this lot of scumbags they lie and cheat and are THIEVES!!!

BEWARE I ordered some goods with this useless company back in August using my credit card . Needless to say I never received my goods nor did they return my money. I had had to go through the bank to retrieve my money. However it seems they are still using my account details and taking money .

Definitely a scam company! Ordered a Diawa ninja s rod and keep getting false promises that it is in stock and been shipped to them for quality inspection and then they would be delivering my rod and still nothing. Do not use and waste your time! Will absolutely be reporting to trading standards.

I’m another person who has fallen for this scam. Well, it’s not scam it’s robbery and I’ve been in touch with the met fraud squad about this company. If you order from these thieves don’t expect anything back.

Agree with the bad reviews, it would appear that contrary to what the website may say the goods are not in stock. Thankful to say i have had a refund through the bank as we paid with credit card. It is a shame that a company will go to all this effort to build a plausbible website and then fail to deliver! Due to the lack of response one can only assume they are in hiding now! The business is ran from a serviced office so I guess they have no warehouse or stock.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole, shocking customer service, they don't have the products in stock as stated on their website, and it's taking me an age to get a refund!!!!

How can a limited company who on the face of it be genuine are just in the business of taking people’s money with no intention of supplying goods you have purchased! They have now gone dark taking no communication!

Shocking scam don’t buy

Very similar to other reviews. Ordered a BBQ, not delivered and I was told I would get a refund which has still not happened. Absolute scammers. Do not buy from this company.

I’ve had 10 weeks of back-and-forth with these guys Was told 7 to 21 Working days for my refund, 21 days are up and no refund as I expected. These guys are con artists get your evidence of Purchase and emails and ring the bank because you’re not gonna get your refund back Unless you get the bank to step in, have to do a little bit of research I noticed the chairman last name matches some of the reviews names so it’s all employees doing the reviews
