Arranged for a man and van the next day
Impressed with speed this company found a man and van for our removal. Punctual and polite. Took all the stress iut of tge move kn the day. However I feel the company booked a far bigger van than we needed and for 2hours when it took just 1 huur 15 mins. Listing everything didn't seem to help with this equation and left me to move all the other stuff which I felt couldn't be added to the van as it hadn't been listed and might have made us over-run our booked time. I'm not complaining about our driver - he was great - but feel somewhat short-changed. All the sites ask you to list but would it be easier and more satisfactory for the customer to book the right size van, fill it and then pay for the time and fuel actually used; doesn't stop the company, with their experience, giving an approximate quotation.

Great service, no issues, would hire again
Georgi was easy to contact to arrange/finalise details. He arrived on time, was friendly and helped a lot with loading and unloading and was careful with fragile objects. Van was well driven, zero breakages. Hopefully not moving again soon but when I do I will definitely call Georgi.

Easy to book, answered all my pre and post booking questions by phone and email.
Company that moved us, was very friendly, helpful and efficient. We travelled back in van with driver who was very friendly and respectful. I would definitely recommend.

The service worked well.
The website could be made a bit more intuitive and user friendly. This was off set by the excellent customer service contacting me immediately after booking online to confirm and refine my booking to my requirements.
The driver was good too, flexible to suit my needs.
Would use them again.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Everything very well-arranged through the company. Customer service were friendly and considerate. When Niko and his colleague arrived, they really went above and beyond - doing massive amounts of work in 30 degree heat and packing the van expertly. They got all of our 2 bed apartment into one load and it never shifted in transit. Brilliant!

I didn’t get the day I wanted, but the removal men were punctual and polite. Communication was good throughout and my cabinet arrived well wrapped and in good order. The price was reasonable too.

Although we were able to bring all of…
Although we were able to bring all of our items in a single trip, the driver showed up with half of his van already full of items. Therefore we were almost forced to take multiple trips two and from properties.
On drop off and unloading items it started to rain, however the driver continued to quickly unload all items out of the van and leaving them in the rain. We had booked a two hour time slot both sides, and so had ample time to unload, but the driver was in a rush.

Excellent service
Excellent service! The move went smoothly, the driver was incredibly helpful carrying all the boxes up and down the stairs, dismantling furniture and did a great job loading the van! Couldn’t be happier and for a reasonable price too unlike some of the competitive quotes I’ve received. Will be using the company again!

I made a last minute booking the day…
I made a last minute booking the day before my move and was then called the next morning to be told that my booking was being pushed back because they couldn’t find a driver, then texted me that there was no one available and said they’d refund me which I’m still waiting for. As a result I had to book my move through another company for almost 5 times the cost of my original booking with them.

Outstanding experience
I have used Find my Van and Man for first time. Everything went very smoothly, hassle free, for which I am grateful. The customer service team contacted me 2 days prior the booking date and they were very professional. I then realised that I did the right thing choosing their service. On the day, the van arrived on time, the driver was very friendly and easy to talk with. He helped me with the loading in and out, and somehow made me feel relaxed (I was very anxious simply because I didn’t like moving). We arrived at the final destination in good time and good spirits. I didn’t expect everything to go so smoothly, but clearly this company knows how to do great business. I left £10 tip to the driver with my sincere gratitude for his great work. I highly recommend this business and without a doubt will use them in the future.

Had a great experience with this moving company and Nazar! The team was professional and handled everything with great care, no damages or scratches whatsoever. They worked efficiently and got all of my belongings into my new flat quickly and without any issues. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and well-organised move.
