We recently booked with, Hardy who made our whole booking experience a breeze! Anything we asked of him he changed and tailored our trip to our needs. Dealt with Damon who was great. He explained everything clearly at all points of the booking. He tried his absolute best to find us the right trip and the whole booking experience was first class. We are really looking forward to our trip to Japan next year in the knowledge that Damon and the team are on hand if we should need them and they always reply promptly.

I felt very nervous booking on line for the first time but Hardy made it easy and stress free. He went over and above giving detailed information about the location answering every query I had and sent photos of the accommodation. I highly recommend the company and will use again and recommend to family and friends
