I want to say a huge thank you to Joe for arranging a holiday of a lifetime for my niece’s 21st birthday. Initially we were meant to fly via Dubai but that changed due to the unrest in the Middle East. Joe managed to rearrange our trip flying via Hong Kong instead. We spent 3 days in Hong Kong then flew to Osaka in Japan. We then visited Hiroshima, Kyoto and lastly Tokyo all by the incredible bullet train. We flew back to the UK via Hong Kong.
It was an amazing trip and when we had a little hiccup with the bullet train tickets Joe sorted it for us.
I can honestly say that his organisation and patience with us made the trip unforgettable.
If you get the chance to visit Japan - grab it with both hands. Amazing country, spotlessly clean, very mannerly people and easy to get around. Mixing the old with the new. My highlight among many others was seeing Mount Fuji - breathtaking.

From the start of our holiday enquiry everything fell into place. Jo our travel advisor arranged all our international and domestic flights, even with the troubles in the Middle East he found a way to still fulfill our holiday travelling around Thailand and various islands. Ferries included in our booking, with a great choice of hotels. Would we use this company again, most definitely, very efficient and great value for money.

Bruce was patient and helpful with our holiday booking.He made sure all dates we wanted were taken care of and the response was amazing.

From start to finish Bruce looked after aspect of my booking and found me a great deal for my family and my granddaughter we are really pleased with the service we got

4th Time booking with Travelpedia and what a trip we just had. We (2 adults and 2 Children) booked a south east asia trip via Joe Correra at Travelpedia. We departed the UK on the 31st March 2026 for 3 weeks starting in Kuala Lumpur and Ending in Bali. Yet again the booking process and service via Joe Correra at Travelpedia was excellent. He put together an itinerary paired with Trips in every location in order for us to have the best possible experience. The Trip Ran seamlessly 3 nights in Kuala Lumpur, 5 nights in Phuket, 3 Nights in Bangkok, 3 nights in Singapore and 5 nights in Bali.

All hotels, All flights were perfect !!!

Great company. We booked a 4 night stay in Krakow for 2/4/26 to 6/4/26 with Dezary at Travelpedia. Dezary went above and beyond to find the perfect hotel close to the old town, main square. She also organised our 2 trips to Auschwitz and the Salt Mines and both trips went without a hitch. Dezary also kept in contact with us during the holiday to ensure all was well which I thought was lovely. She also went the extra mile after the holiday to help us to locate some missing property. I would definitely book again with Travelpedia and can recommend Dezary 100%.

From start to finish the whole booking experience was amazing. Bruce our online agent was very helpful and professional, answered all our queries promptly, even while we were away!! The trip to Krakow including tour was as expected.
Hotel was standard but cosy and close to the Old Town. The Old Town market came to life with the Easter stalls set out.
Will look forward to travelling with Travelpedia again for another short break. Thanks Bruce 🙂

Joe Correa helped me plan my trip to Thailand in April 2005 for February this year. It was a 21 day trip visiting Phuket, Koh Samui, Chaing Mai anf Bangkok. Throughout the year we corresponded on everything until I had the trip for my bucket list 70th bday celebration. The trip was everything we could have hoped for and more. However we got caught in the flight crisis as we were travelling via Dubai. Instead of flying back on 2nd March we got back on 15th. Joe was amazing he kept us informed of the situation and responded immediately to my frantic emails. Our extended stay was not the ending we had imagined but having Joe there to get us through a difficult situation put is at ease. Thankfully we got back safe. Joe even helped with our compensation request to Emirates. I usually book trips independently but I wanted the security of a travel company benind me and Travel Expedia gave me that and more. I would not hesitate to use them again and Im sure Joe will be on hand for our next adventure.

We always booked our holiday with them if I remembered 4 times already. The staff are very helpful. They always provide you the best service. Always ready to answer all your questions.So far we never encountered any problem yet. I can recommend them

I made my first Europe trip with my wife and Bruce had been exceptional through and through.
The support and clarity over the itenary that Bruce gave was exceptional. We had last minute change of plans but Bruce managed to get us sorted without any fuss.
Countries traveled: Denmark, Italy and Malta.

We had our break booked to Krakow last September vis Bruce who was brilliant
Then in November we added on 2 further travellers as our friends decided to join us. Bruce did this easily and linked both breaks.
Then the week before our departure I had a medical issue that meant me & my husband could not go on the holiday.
I contacted Bruce & explained the situation he dealt with all the changes quickly & easily keeping us informed at every step of the way

Bruce was amazing & I would not hesitate to get in touch with him again as he deals with everything needed

Booked a trip to Budapest with Travelpedia back in January. Zack was so helpful sorting out everything to make a memorable trip for my husbands 50th birthday surprise. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, even sorting out boarding passes and check in when I couldn’t get the app to work.
We had an amazing four days in a beautiful gem of a city. On our return Zack checked in with us to make sure everything had gone to plan. Would definitely book with Travelpedia again.

Joe has now supported me in my 4th holiday booked with yourselves, in each holiday he has gone over and above to ensure i have the best experience and that my time on holiday based on my preferences has been optimized, he has also gone out of his way to realign one of my holidays due to the ongoing war in the middle east, this quick action ensured my trip that was originally routed through the affected areas is no longer going to be affected but also gives me an even better experience in a country i hadn't considered.
