I ordered a rum bottle and received a damaged bottle. Sadly I got no response to my multiple Mails.

Excellent company tried everywhere to get tunel de mallorca got it from here Excellent service and the postage was very reasonable. Will use them again great range of Jack Daniel's shame that many were out of stock.

I live in the US and ordered whiskey from them. I wasn’t able to find this whiskey anywhere else online, but FineDrams had it in stock and for a great price. The product arrived in a timely fashion and in perfect condition. I am very happy with that purchase and would definitely buy from them again.

My order arrived in quite a wet box. On inspection the seal of the bottle had broken, which caused the cork to leak. So not caused by the transporter. I took pictures and informed the shop. They send me a new replacement bottle immediately and I can keep what is left in the old bottle. Excellent service! TY

A great a service and will use again for their price point and choice. Also having an issue resolved swiftly was greatly appreciated.

I ordered several bottles and had a large order in 3 different shipments. They never came and were returned to sender. I have emailed several times and called with no response. Very deceptive and very poor communication. Will never purchase from here again.

Edit... Finally got info and they resent 2 packages and got 1 out of 3 packages. 1/2022

Absolutely terrible.they advertise white rabbit SALOON 120TH ANNIVERSARY SHOWING THE BOTTLE.
then send you the bottle off.SPECIAL EDITION.
Very very crafty company very clever way of misleading the public.just please beware of when buying jds white rabbit saloon 120th anniversary. Believe me you won't receive whats advertised.the guy was no help what so ever basically dident want to kno.ive learnt my lesson il only buy from the UK in future.and not little backstreet company's abroad.someone who knos about whiskey were its made how its made etc etc don't need to read a very long right up about the product.then right at the end put basically item advertised is not what youl get basically they send a substitute. You should put the picture of what your selling not what your not selling.i will expose this company for what they realy do all over social media and other sites until I get an outcome.instead of exscuses

Had an excellent experience with this company. Really good comms, and the goods were packed extremely well and dispatched quickly. UK import duties and handling charges were a little more than I’d calculated, but I still managed to make a worthwhile saving on local prices (no thanks to Brexit). Recommended, especially for purchases not generally readily available. If you’re a UK buyer, just make sure you do your sums first.

The experience with the company is normally good until you have to get a refund and only get some of your money back. They claim the brexit is the cause of not getting a full refund. Also not giving brexit warning costs,everyone be careful.

Currently, the best european bottle shipper to the USA,bar none. Great selection,prices comparable to airport duty-free shops, bullitproof packaging,fast shipping with fair postage prices around $15 per bottle on multiple bottle purchases. What's not to love? Much easier than searching for bottles during overseas travel,dealing with customs in person,and lugging the extra weight around.I've placed several orders with them over the years,and every one has been delivered in perfect condition,in about a two week timeframe. 👍
