Delivery was on time but FedEx here has a habit of leaving the wine in the worst possible places. In this case, it was left in direct sunlight and although it was only there for 30 minutes, in 90+ degree heat the wine was damaged. Not your fault.

Great Customer Service
I ordered the champagne as a gift. It arrived without the usual carton container, just the bottle in styrofoam. I can't give it as a gift because I don't even know if it's authentic. After, I posted this review, I got a call from Amy. She was very helpful. They sent me a box for the champagne right away. Great customer service. Will definitely buy from them again.

Regarding the gift box, we offer two separate listings for this item. The listing you purchased clearly states "Box: No," while a separate listing is available specifically "With Box," as indicated in the product title. Your order was shipped exactly as described in the listing.
To help protect the bottle during transit, it was packed in an insulated Styrofoam shipper to provide the safest possible delivery.
