Good service
When I first used them to pay my fines, the fines were not cleared after months. However, when I called them, they rectified it very quickly. They always pick up their calls. I would recommend it, but just make sure you countercheck and follow up if necessary.

Not a reliable service
I paid a fine on FinesSA in full and on time.
Over the coming 4 months I was stopped twice by roadblocks regarding the same fine remaining unpaid. I was also threatened by the issuing court that I would have to appear over the unpaid fine.
I queried this with FinesSA and suddenly the fine disappeared online. Coincidence? I think not.
An unreliable service by FinesSA? Absolutely.

Paid my fine through Fines SA in September 2024 in February 2026 my fine is still not cleared and showing as active and outstanding. Fines SA now not responding to my email complaints. No response since last complaint on 2 February 2026.
