I would like to commend the team of FinesSa and the Mekaish group for the excellent and efficient service I received during the renewal of my licence disk. I paid Fines SA but my fines were not cleared after 6 weeks
I am proxy for my company's vehicles and received an email from Fines SA that I have numerous fines outstanding, some of them listed as warrants. I duly paid the R25,000 on 9 September. When dealing with a car dealer during this week (last week of October) I was told licensing could not happen as I had warrants against my name. After contacting City of Cape Town, i was informed "Good Morning,
Please note that FINES SA is NOT registered by City of Cape Town.
Please resolve matter with FINES SA.

I paid a traffic fine that wasn't paid over to the Municipality
I paid a traffic fine. 30 working days later I got a notification from an alternative Fines Service Provider that a summons to appear in court was going to be issued against me for not settling my outstanding fine. I contacted Fines SA to inquire how this is possible as I had settled the fine already. They say their policy is to settle the fine with the municipality within 30 business days, which they didn't stick to. Shocking service. I highly don't recommend making use of their service.
