I had an issue with an item I bought a couple of months ago, way past the return date.

I contacted Finisterre and explained my issue. They replied very quickly and the issue was sorted within a day, with a new item shipped shortly after.

Best customer service I have experienced with any company which is very rare.

Bought a sweatshirt on one click. Going to be delivered to my address rather than my son's(birthday). They sorted it out and delivered package in time for his birthday. Customer service brilliant, speedily responded to.my distress.

I have previously left a review but wanted to leave another as Finisterre have been so great helping me again. I always feel listened to and that they put the customer experience first. The fact they are a B Corp really shows in all they do. Thanks Finisterre and especially Milan for the excellent service as always!

Finisterre are an amazing organisation and great brand. I have many clothes from their collection for all seasons and weathers. Love their shops and store staff too. They have just sorted an exchange on merino T shirts which appear to be faulty but could be my fault too. No issue no fuss just sorted in double quick time. Thank you for your help and looking forward to continuing my shopping habit with you!

The customer service I received was top notch. Very quick responses to every email, very helpful, supportive and sympathetic and a fab resolution. Couldn’t have been better.

My Barents jumper was just perfect in every way, but this review is about Finisterre customer service, which is just impossibly excellent. After having the jumper for a few months, I had a small issue with aftercare which could have been my fault. Finisterre were just brilliant, answering emails almost instantaneously, and offering to replace the jumper with no quibbles, and even paying for the return. This is way more than I expected! Particular kudos goes to the inestimable Sophie; she's a real credit to you Finisterre and genuinely deserves recognition (and a bonus!). Thanks

The staff at the Cambridge store are great. So enthusiastic, friendly and helpful!
Special mention to Jasmine whom has served us upon a few occasions now and whom is so knowledgeable and passionate about the brand/products and nothing is of too much trouble for her. It’s a pleasure to shop there as you never feel under any pressure to buy and the quality of the products is second to none!

I think this has been the best aftercare I have had from a company. I needed to return a jacket as it had a fault. Ali was fantastic at guiding me through the process no fuss quick and efficient. You may pay a little extra but they really look after the customers.

I visited their shop in Holt . A very warm ; friendly & professional greeting . The lady I dealt with really knew her product & offered quite excellent CS - thank you - I will be back !

So so disappointed …….. coming up for three weeks for refund to be received ( and not yet received ) despite being told it’s back at HQ, it’s in process etc. it’s all very well to make great clothes but customer service is a 360 degree expectation. Won’t be buying again as that’s just too long to hang onto my cash.

There was an issue with my order that was not Finisterres fault. I found it easy to contact them, I got speedy replies and they sorted the issue so quickly and with out any fuss it was such a refreshing experience that made me feel I wanted to leave feedback. I would 100% recommend
